Job Description

• Manage incoming vendor invoices.
• Retrieve electronic documents and invoicing from various vendor portals.
• Address day-to-day accounts payable inquiries and research, including answering interdepartmental questions about policies and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure prompt and accurate processing, payment, and accounting of all trade payables ensuring that coding is correct and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, resolving any invoice issues or errors.
• Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate a smooth month-end closing process.
• Maintain internal controls and procedures for the accounts payable process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Review time and expense submissions
• Assist in the annual preparation and distribution of 1099 tax forms.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Associate's degree preferred
• Experience with basic Accounting functions
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
