Salary/Hourly Rate
$18/hr – $20/hr
Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle all accounts payable-related activities and assist with other accounting duties.
Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Specialist
Matching invoices to purchase orders and verifying information.
Filing invoices.
Researching and resolving discrepancies.
Preparing check and credit card payments.
Maintaining vendor files.
Reconciling monthly aging report.
Ad hoc reporting.
Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist
2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
Attention to detail.
Ability to analyze transactions and work with basic mathematical concepts.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
