Job Description

As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for the full accounts payable cycle for Therapy Brands, including invoices, allocations, payments, and workflows. We are looking for a highly driven and capable individual with a strong aptitude for accounts payable processes and systems.

  • Oversee company-wide accounts payable, cash management, and payment processes
  • Manage allocation of corporate level expenses across all companies
  • Coordinate the company-wide American Express/Divvy credit card program
  • Maintain accounts payable approval workflows
  • Administer Concur expense reporting solution
  • Provide people and team management
  • Work with various departments and locations to gather and consolidate accounts payable information
  • Perform special projects and other general accounting services to support the Company as needed


FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Requires strong level of GAAP accounting and financial statements


Technology Skills

  • Strong user of MS Excel including pivot tables and use of formulas. Working knowledge of Workday Financials, or similar accounting system

  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations
  • Ability to think through complex situations and anticipate results of decision and actions


SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines
  • Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and company results
  • Accountable for the outcomes produced by direct reports


Qualifications

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of larger company Accounts Payable experience is preferred
  • Be proficient in MS Excel and technology in general.
  • Possess the ability to work independently and solve complex problems. Previous
  • experience in SAAS related companies will be beneficial.
  • Previous people management experience
  • Workday Financials strongly preferred
