Webb Events is a creative event production agency handling large-scale live and virtual events throughout the United States and occasionally outside the US. Together, with our clients, we conceptualize, design, produce, build, staff, operate and manage all aspects of an event.
This position is based out of Salt Lake City. This is a hybrid role, where you will spend time in our home office, however, some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Job Duties:
Receive and process accounts payable invoices
Answer vendor questions varying from payment to job statuses
Check statements for missing invoices or issues
Perform accounts payable data entry
Reconcile company credit cards
Update and maintain vendor database
Reconcile vendor statements
Process and follow up on rush items
Perform special projects as assigned
Review Accounts Receivable invoices with careful attention to job type and GL coding.
Integrate invoices weekly into Business Central.
Post daily bank deposits into Business Central and IntelliEvent Lightning.
Facilitate bank reconciliations weekly to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Perform monthly reconciliations of Accounts Receivable.
Use In-house software and other tools to assist in completing work timely.
Manage the company collections process weekly.
Work effectively and efficiently with the team.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting
Must have an in-depth knowledge of MS Excel,Word, and Internet
Excel: basic formulas, creating and organizing pivot tables, sorting multiple columns of data Ability to manage multiple tasks at all times.
Exhibit a strong work ethic in a team environment.
Prioritize work assignments appropriately in an efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Experience with Microsoft Business Central a plus.
Experience with Bill.com a plus.
