7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday

Position Summary

Responsibilities within all areas of Finance with major responsibility for Accounts Payable and Payroll.

What You’ll Do

Preparation and processing of accounts payable to include:

  • Process all vendor invoices.
  • Post Accounts Payable invoices into Financial Software.
  • Review and close production jobs.
  • Review received goods reporting.
  • Process bi-weekly payments to vendors.
  • Prepare and submit data for regulatory filings such as sales/use tax
  • Assist with month-end close process.


Preparation And Processing Of Bi-weekly Payroll To Include

  • Track and complete all payroll deductions; i.e. garnishments, employee purchases, etc.
  • Ensure all changes related to payroll are done correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate quarterly and year-end tax related documentation


Other Accounting Duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Problem-solving/critical thinking, active listening, judgment and decision making, focus, confidentiality, professionalism, organization
  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Payroll experience preferred but not required
