Job Description
Concraft is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk on a part-time basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a college student (Concraft may be able to help coordinate with your school to help you receive credits for your internship!) or someone with previous office experience. The role involves various tasks including entering payables, filing documents, recording receivables, reconciling vendor statements, tracking vendors' certificates of insurance, and assisting with sending purchase orders.
Enter payables on a daily basis
Maintain organized filing systems
Record receivables accurately in company software
Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy
Track vendors' certificates of insurance and request expired certificates
Assist with sending purchase orders (as needed)
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Previous office experience, preferably in accounting or a related field
Accounting experience or working towards an accounting or finance degree is preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Competency with MS Office and other accounting software(knowledge of Sage One Contractor, a plus)
