Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as an Accounting Assistant located in Mountain View, CA. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for financial statements, using accounting software, bookkeeping, and managing financial transactions. They will assist with financial analysis, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports for the finance team.
Qualifications
Experience with financial statements, accounting software, and bookkeeping
Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
