Account Sales Trainee

The Account Sales Trainee (AST)function role supports sales initiatives and provides coverage for ASMs during vacation, sick or any special projects as needed. Account Sales Trainee will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small formatted “off premise” stores.

Responsibilities

• Train with Account Managers and cover their routes as needed.
• Operates truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
• Maintains signed invoices, bills, and other required paperwork, delivers documentation to appropriate staff when delivery is complete.
• Monitor competitor activities including new product launches and price reductions.
• Achieve monthly KPI‘s for: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Maintain a high level of communication across the team.
• Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Must hold a clear commercial driver’s license or be able to get one within 60 days of hire.
• Clear background and drug testing.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move 50 lbs. over your head.
• Ability to push/pull with use of dolly up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of sitting while driving
• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
