Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business and Partnerships Lead (e.g. Account Executive) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding our client relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your deep understanding of blockchain technology and strong sales acumen will enable you to effectively match our advanced solutions with client needs, ensuring a seamless and beneficial partnership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage all aspects of client accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the blockchain industry and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the benefits and advantages of our solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to close agreements with clients that achieve a win-win outcome.
  • Market Insights: Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and developments to anticipate customer needs and position our offerings effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance sales strategies and client solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast and track key account metrics. Report the status of accounts and transactions to leadership.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Account Manager, or in a similar role within the technology or blockchain sector.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close. Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate, present, influence, and persuade at all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and its commercial applications.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute a strategic account plan that delivers tangible results.
  • CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.


Bonus Skills: Experience with advanced sales operations tools and customer relationship management strategies.
