Salary: $110k-$120k per annum + commission based on account retention and growth


We’re looking for an experienced client servicer to join our US team as an Account Director to service and manage our current and forthcoming key clients. We’re looking for someone with the same commercial appetite as the agency, to contribute value from the offset by developing our accounts in the US.


Commercial savvy, ability to persuade, and a focus on profitability are required. The successful candidate will be a compelling and strategic communicator who can work autonomously to drive successes with their clients. This person should also have strong expertise in digital marketing. Particular expertise in influencer and paid social media will be greatly preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive training plan for the account management team as a whole and individually
  • Developing client organograms so the wider business can understand the brand
  • Taking the relevant teams through briefing meetings and brand guidelines
  • Attending client and all agency meetings
  • Developing strong relationships with Senior Client Teams
  • Delivering strategic insights that can be leveraged across the team to improve results
  • Leading internal and external meetings
  • Generating ideas for new revenue, leading to up-sells, cross-sells and new business wins
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting to clients
  • Leading the Account’s team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
  • Representing The Goat Agency at global All Agency Meetings
  • Strong understanding of the Media landscape and the transition to digital advertising solutions


Let’s chat if you have:

  • 6+ Years of Account Management experience working in an Agency or Brand (ideally in Advertising/Social/Creative)
  • Extensive knowledge of all Social Media platforms including their Ads Managers
  • Experience leading All Agency Meetings
  • Providing training for team development
  • A collaborative approach with cross-functioning teams
  • Solid communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Media
  • Experienced in managing teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail, written and verbal skills, confident speaker and presenter
