The Access Development Manager possesses a collaborative, strategic mindset and displays exemplary reimbursement and business acumen. The successful candidate has a strong track record of being identified as a high-potential candidate for leadership development and positions of higher responsibility at the Regional and perhaps higher levels of Patient Access Leadership. As the Access Development Manager, you will be working across the national patient access reimbursement team to provide strategic and operational coordination as well as coverage for open regions due to illness, leaves of absence, and vacations, based upon business needs.
Position Responsibilities:
This role is a development role within the Area Reimbursement Team.
Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.

Position Responsibilities:
This role is a development role within the Area Reimbursement Team.
- Provide coverage for open regions due to illness, leaves of absence, vacations, based upon the business needs.
- Responsible for optimizing the ARM organization’s strategic and operational effectiveness.
- Ongoing support for ARM training to include new hire, analytics, MPS programs, skill development
- Work closely within internal training team on key initiatives
- Work closely with PSP marketing director
- Support the ARM leadership team, in strategic planning, process improvements, and tracking scorecard progress.
- Liaise with the national field team and internal partners (enabling functions) to accomplish Madrigal patient support commitment.
- Served as an operational link to MPS Brand , Market Access Planning and Training, Project Management Office & IT, Brand Planning Directors, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Leading through influence to deliver strategic outcomes (gain buy in, provide strategic clarity, agreement in shared accountability)
- Ensure leadership alignment and action on key HR initiatives (Development programs, Interviews, Great Place to Work, TBD….)
- Represent Sr. Director in various meetings across departments.
- Lead development of 2024 scorecard and its communication plan, consult on all internal projects that impact the team (RACI and field perspective) within a cross-functional matrix.
- Collaborate with Sr. Director on Long Range Planning (LRP) on current and future product support.
- Ensure efficiency and alignment with LT on internal support programs (development, training, messaging) and field education of customers and commercial partners.
- Analyze external market policy impacts on access, consult data & insights simplification projects, aligning impact of operational improvements.
- Develop presentations and briefing materials for Executive Directors & VP audience, including Monthly Business Reports, Quarterly Scorecards, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Present at National Sales Meeting
