ABA Recruiter- FLORIDA

Position: ABA Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Remote - FLORIDA Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time hire) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate - 20-25 hours per week About Us: Opal Autism Centers is dedicated to providing exceptional support and services to children with autism. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ABA Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As an ABA Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to join our growing organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring we have the best Registered Behavior Technicians & Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver high-quality services to our clients. This position offers the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs within 5-6 months. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source and attract qualified ABA professionals. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Offer Management: Assist in extending offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, workflows and legal requirements. Qualifications: Location: Candidates MUST reside in the state of Florida. We are not considering out of state applications. Experience: Proven experience in recruiting ABA professionals or within the healthcare industry. Skills: Strong sourcing and networking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely. Knowledge: Familiarity with ABA terminology and certification/licensure requirements is a plus. Tools: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Why Join Us?
