How can you create a candidate-centric employer brand?
This article has some good basics down, but truthfully, in my experience working with clients all over the world, and thousands of candidates over the years, I can say it is far more about the candidate journey than any prescribed "employer brand" you can try to define, much less communicate. Define the ideal candidate journey and figure out how you plan to delight and amaze them along the way. This has been a candidates' market now for years and will be for a long time, so the proverbial shoe is on the hiring organization's foot to ensure candidates have a high-caliber interaction with your brand every step of the way. I am consistently surprised by how many client just don't get this.
