    Led team to implement tool to replace local admin rights on desktops. Reduced the firm from 2600 local admins to less than 100 through a multi-channel marketing program and educational seminars.

  • Mobile BYOD conversion

    Designed mobile BYOD program, led multiple teams to come together to form program framework, including legal, HR, LOBs, Compliance, and payroll. Converted entire firm from corporate liable to BYOD model with reimbursement. Automated reimbursement process with payroll.

  • SCORCH 2012R2 Implementation

    In an effort to improve process and integrate automation into employee infrastructure services we are implementing an enterprise wide orchestration solution utilizing Microsoft SCORCH 2012 R2. Integrated with the existing ITIL framework, the automation effort will be focused on the simplification of services being delivered to the business and technology community.
