This data is very interesting! In my conversations with middle management, the RTO with very little flexibility is being mandated from above. The commentary around loneliness and productivity are the 2 top reasons, no data to support but still the reason. In fact, some meeting invites include the message, "you are expected to attend this meeting in person, no virtual accessibility". What I am witnessing is even if you have a hybrid plan in place the demand by superiors to be in person negates the hybrid approach. I see this as a source of frustration and resentment starting to brew! What about collective agreements that have hybrid work baked in? In a work culture that has a mix of unionized and non-unionized folks sitting side by side, are leaders embracing this complexity to ensure equity?? I am hearing, not so much. Such an interesting time to be leading through this issue!! #hybridwork; #HRSConsulting
