How do you adapt and respond to changing case management policies, standards, and trends?
One thing I have found helpful is to greater prioritize my life balance and set stronger boundaries. Gone are the days where I would check email several times after hours or while on vacation. By having dedicated rest and recovery time, I am far more adaptable and able to withstand work stressors during my work hours. It makes me a better person, leader, and employee. I also encourage others to fiercely protect their boundaries. Learning the hard way how truly important this is was not fun so why not share the knowledge.
