  • 2nd Place John Molson International Case Competition, Montreal

    John Molson Undergraduate Case Competitiom

    24 teams from around the world competed in a week long case competition. Preliminary rounds with three 3 hour cases, and a 24 hour case. The final 24 hour case was focused on NIVEA Men, within the Canadian market, and how best to maintain market share with the emergence of two competitive product lines from Unilever. Team QUT created the NIVEA experience for the NIVEA man, and walked away with second place.

  • Semi-finalist CitiBank Case Competition, Hong Kong

    Citibank International Case Competition

    Faced with the problem of helping CTI break into the monopolised Hong Kong television market, team QUT created a second screen, and online presence to disrupt the market, exactly what the Hong Kong people want. This saw team QUT placed second in the semi-finals.

    CPA Australia

    National winner for the CPA Big Break Project 2012 - Delivering strategic solutions for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

    Detailed an action plan to recover all current losses and grow the wish giving capacity of the organisation by 200% for 2015.
    Detailed a new “Round up to Make-A-Wish” campaign that was estimated to generate $10.8M each year if implemented
    Presented our solution to the CEO’s of Make-A-Wish Aus & NZ, and CPA Chief Financial Officer
    Accumulated $80,000 prize value…

    Created a proof of concept utilising the Microsoft Kinect to prevent SIDS
    Developed a strategic marketing plan to sell Kinect devices to consumers outside gaming
