How do you define the project scope for technical writing?
The number one thing for any project is to create an outline. Think of the outline as the roadmap between where you are and where you want to go, with all the steps in-between. And, assuming your outline is detailed enough, when it's done, your article/report/book is done. All you need to do is fill in the details.

How do you use email marketing to increase customer loyalty and retention?
Create a lead magnet that attracts the buyer prospect • You write a lead magnet with a title similar to, "How Super Affiliates Generate 100+ Sales Per Day with YouTube Ads" • This type of lead magnet repels people who are broke • It's important to realize that YouTube ads are NOT free. They cost money. This lead magnet attracts prospects who.... • Have the desire to get 100+ sales with YouTube ads. • Have the money to spend on YouTube ads • Have the intention to spend their money on YouTube ads. • This type of lead magnet targets a buyer prospect, someone with money. Once you get that person on a list you can start marketing various high-ticket offers to them, whether that's an affiliate program or your own products/services.
