This project used the Lean Sigma DMAIC roadmap with a focus on the following tools: SIPOC, VOC, C&E, FMEA, DOE Simulations, RACI, Scorecards and a Control Plan. Trip diagnosis time was successfully reduced for annual savings for this project > $500K USD

Freshwater Conservation Project: Bosque Systems, LLC partnered with Devon to treat and reuse frac water on extensive drilling operations in the vicinity of San Angelo and Big Lake, Texas. Bosque's scope of work includes the provision and operation of numerous 40K bbl storage tanks, water treatment and transfer, ROW and other land-man activities. Ongoing expansion includes a permanent pipeline infrastructure and Saltwater Disposal Wells.

Construction of new saltwater disposal well located in Love County, Oklahoma. Permitted for 35,000 bbl per day and scheduled to open for operations in the fall, 2013.

Team Leader for company-wide training initiative. Collaborate, author, direct and teach a wide variety of classes for all employees. Review and proof content for PowerPoint and handouts. Curriculum includes cross-training topics, lessons learned, KPI’s, industry standards, competition, NUCOR history and culture, quality, safety, economic factors and outlook, short-term and long-term corporate strategy and goals.

Actively involved in preconstruction, design, fabrication and project management activities for various project types including but not limited to Restaurants, Churches, Education, Dorms, Assisted Living, Commercial Mid-Rise, Retail, Municipal, Fire, Stadium, Offices, Business, Storage, Industrial, Multifamily, Single Family, Hotels, Resorts. Contract values for steel packages ranged from $100K to millions on projects from one level to eight stories and over a million square feet.

Project Manager for internal ERP software design, development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement. The Agile system was selected to manage the project to promote a rapid deployment. Took over troubled Design and Engineering group as Technical Service Supervisor significantly reduced department costs and increased throughput by eliminating wastes, establishing standards and controls, procedures and interdepartmental communication thus eliminating design / engineering error change-orders only 6 months after taking over department, ending a five year run of back charges that were as much as $200K for a single month.
