Project was limited to safety upgrades to accommodate changes of applicable NFPA chapters. Scope included replacement of the interior bag filter unit with a WET SCRUBBER, adding AIR LOCKS and VALVES in the solids processing system, upgrading the exterior bag filter with deflagration QUENCH TUBES, new stainless steel PROCESS GAS DUCTING as required, upgrading MCC components for improved monitoring of motor overloading, supplying miscellaneous new SENSORS and INSTRUMENTATION, new SCREW CONVEYORS…
