What do you do if your copywriting in email marketing campaigns is not generating results?
One thing that's helpful is to ensure your tone and content truly resonates with the intended target audience. Using data and analytics, segment who it IS working for and identify the commonality, then adjust as needed for additional targets. Research also helps; informal focus groups offer insights and allow you to dig deeper into messaging, creative and other elements.

How do you learn about company culture online?
As I wrote about in my book, researching culture is really important. You want to make sure you know where you're headed. One stealth way to do this is find former employees and see if they'd be willing to confidentially share their experiences and POV from working there. In the INterview process, I'd also ask people to describe the culture in 3 words-- don't give them an open ended "How is the culture?"
