𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝: In 2014 I presented a well-received breakout session on leadership challenges titled "Fearless Leadership - Cultivating Ambition, Power and Influence" and organized "Five Local Leaders in Five Minutes.” In 2015 I shifted my role and recruited three new conference planning committee members, which increased the number of sectors represented.
