Still reflecting on #CventCONNECT and the many insightful discussions! One key takeaway that resonated with me was the concept of "centrally owned, globally operated." There are increasing benefits of a centralized approach to event planning, execution, and technology. The launch of Cvent Essentials, a user-friendly solution for smaller field events, is especially relevant. Where do #CIOs and #CFOs come in when it comes to RevOps? In an era of rapid #AI innovation, navigating the line between tech and business is crucial. As said by Mitch Edwards, principal at the Alexander Group, "...each company’s revenue operations are different and CIOs should understand their companies’ business needs as well as the AI itself." The gist? Don't get ahead of yourself. Start with the problem you're trying to solve, not the tech.
