What do you do if your client in content marketing is unhappy with the results?
If a client isn't thrilled with the results, take a proactive stance: - Schedule a meeting (ideally in person) to really understand their concerns and review goals - Take a look at the current strategy together and have them pinpoint areas for improvement (e.g. the content itself, the targeting, how/where it's being shared) - During that same meeting (ideally), create a revised plan with clear goals, timelines, and KPIs - Follow up with that plan in writing and a scheduled follow-up touchpoint By showing an eagerness to hear them combined with diligence, you can rebuild trust and get the partnership back on track.

The most important thing in leveraging virtual learning right now is to explore a range of channels. Platforms like Coursera, Udemy, and MasterClass are great for foundational courses on content strategy and writing, but don't sleep on the power of marketing communities. There are tons of active Slack groups, webinars led by top marketers, and niche communities like the Marketing AI Institute that offer top-notch best practices and networking. Soak it all up and don't forget to actively engage. Ask for help and find a mentor to solidify your learnings!

If your infographics are failing to engage your audience, it's time to take a step back and reassess your approach. The first thing I'd recommend is to dive into your analytics to understand where the disconnect is happening. Are people not even clicking through to view the infographic? Are they bouncing quickly once they do? This data will give you clues as to where the issue lies. From there, it's about making strategic adjustments. Perhaps your headlines aren't compelling enough, or the design is too cluttered to be easily digestible. Maybe the topic itself isn't resonating with your target audience. Don't be afraid to experiment with different formats, visuals, and messaging until you find the right formula that clicks!
