The mission of the Data Analytics & Technology (DA&T) Special Interest Group (SIG) is to offer learning and development opportunities related to human resource technologies and systems as well as workforce and talent analytics. Northern VA SHRM's DA&T SIG allows area professionals to come together to discuss and explore technology and analytics topics in smaller group settings.

Our meetings are held bi-monthly in the Northern Virginia community and program topics are announced via this website. Most programs provide HRCI and/or SHRM certification hours. -
