Residential apartment tower - 250,000 SF, 28 floors above grade with 2 levels of below grade parking. The structural system consists of concrete core walls for a lateral system and composite steel beams, composite deck, and steel columns for the gravity system. The foundations range from 4'-5' diameter caissons drilled to bedrock.

Mixed use towers - 1.3 million SF of condos, hotel, retail, and parking. The project was comprised of two 60-story towers (700 ft tall) with a connecting podium structure. The tower structural systems utilized concrete core walls for the lateral system and post-tensioned flat slabs with concrete columns for the gravity system. The foundations consisted of augercast pile supported mat foundations. The project was put on hold in 2008.

Lovejoy Wharf (Converse Headquarters) - Boston, MA

Office building rehab/expansion - This project consisted of a 3 story vertical expansion on top of an existing 8 story masonry building, which will serve as the new Converse Headquaters. The existing building was retrofit with shotcrete shear walls and concrete reinforced steel columns to allow for the vertical expansion. In addition to the vertical expansion, a 3 story pavilion structure was constructed on the new wharf structure.
