I was always impressed at how Janet will lead by example. She is a leader that will get in the trenches when needed, and at the same time could influence strategic decisions in the organization. Her inclusive mentality is also to admire. She gives voice to people who might be shy to speak up and constantly asks for feedback to improve.”
