    The Human Rights Campaign represents a force of more than 3 million members and supporters nationwide. As the largest national lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer civil rights organization, HRC envisions a world where LGBTQ people are ensured of their basic equal rights and can be open, honest and safe at home, at work, and in the community.
    Manage Human Rights Campaign - San Deigo's social media properties and platforms, paid and organic activity. Contribute content and strategy to all social media platforms to help expand HRC’s digital reach.
    Plan and host HRC events as a member of the steering committee
    Strategically grow federal club memberships, leverage fundraising arm, grow volunteer and follower base for offline and online presence across the San Diego County
    Develop content covering key LGBTQ, minority communities and human rights issues in present political climate
    Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaign rollouts from conception to implementation, including online presence, social outreach, videos and associated marketing collateral
    Evaluate new technologies, including social media properties, that HRC can implement to elevate its digital presence
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant brand ambassadors and partner organizations
    Responsible for overall marketing strategy, including digital media efforts and brand management, for various HRC events: WomenLEAD, Time to THRIVE, HRC Gala etc.
    Work with programs endorsed equality members of Congress (recent: Mike Levin - Solana Beach etc.) to help maximize their online presence through campaign and content development.
