For example, Einstein in Slack answered 370,000 queries in a single quarter — helping employees save time through AI-assisted meeting creation, content editing, feedback summarization, agenda creation, and more! With Project BaseCamp, we’re also creating a single destination for employees to search for and get support, news, events, tasks, and training — all highly personalized and relevant to them. In close partnership with our CIO Juan Perez, we’re just getting started. Together in Trust with our AI Council, we’ll continue to shape the global employee experience roadmap, prioritizing employee feedback and business needs. I'm a big fan of this RevOps maturity model from Hyperscayle LLC -- especially because it includes change mangement, which has a special place in my heart. 💖 I'd say that most start-up organizations are in the Experimental-Functional phase, whereas most late-stage companies are between Functional and Repeatable...where would you say your organization is? Establishing your vision to your partner with a platform such as #Salesforce is critical at the start of the engagement. Discuss the key metrics you are seeking to improve within your Sales and service teams, the insights you wish to see, and goals over the coming year. Your partner can then map back to the platform and build functionalities that your team is excited to use and that can also help improve your metrics. Or else, you risk running just a data migration project - old data on a new system.
