Are you ready for personal transformation and learning in one impactful ICF Certified Coach Training? I have been enjoying conversations over the last few weeks with business owners who want more for themselves and more abundance in their lives. Some of those interested are current #Gallup Certified coaches who are seeking ICF (International Coaching Federation training) like I was. The first in-person Awaken Coach Institute Training Intensive will be held in the United States this fall (in a serene location on a lake 😉 ). Did you know that you could have the training paid for through Workforce Grant money? This is how I paid for my training through Awaken and I am willing to help you navigate the steps. Here are a few details about the eligibility in our area, though they may differ in your area: ☀ You must have had your business for at least 12 months ☀ You must work in the business at least 32 hours a week. This was true for me even though I had another part-time job ☀ Every area in every state has money through the Dislocated Workers funds, so please Google this for your area ☀ You may need to work on shifting some limiting stories like I did to remove the perceived barriers. What do members value most about belonging to their association? Connecting with others who share a common interest. Mark Athitakis writes of a recent member value study with more than 2,000 respondents, "Members ranked interacting with people with shared interests as one of the top signifiers of value for the organizations they are affiliated with..." Chapters, SIGs, and facilitated discussion groups are all ways associations can lean into this avenue of value creation.
