Thought of the Day. Women Entrepreneurs Wednesday. “Thinking like a CEO” Today let’s talk about the mindset of a women ceo. As a women business owner and coach. I talk about this subject a lot with my clients. Women entrepreneurs are often called DIFFERENT because of how we think. Like that’s a bad thing. Being called different is normal for a women CEO. It’s an actual compliment to us. We understand that being different is who we are. We understand most people won’t understand us. But it’s okay. When you are a BOSS. You think outside of that LITTLE box. Our mindset sets us apart from others. Why? It’s all about the GOAL. If the goal doesn’t SCARE us. It’s not big enough. I grew my life and business coaching business relatively quickly but it did not happen because I insisted on doing it “My Way.” Heck no! Because it’s ok to be SINGLE and build a business. Single women entrepreneurs are the most POWERFUL and FOCUSED women. They are not waiting on someone to help them build an empire. They are building their own EMPIRE as a single women. They understand to NEVER, allow others to label them just because they are single. That it is ok to be a single women and ambitious.
