“David is an incredible force for positive growth. He gets work done at breakneck speed with grace and good humor! (His web project for our studio would be akin to creating eBay, with Wikipedia content, utilizing web3, under 7 other designers. He got it done early, and everyone was satisfied on its first pass through QA.) He always has a unique perspective on most problems and is able to create solutions most don’t think of. He is easy to talk to and easier to laugh with - a wonderful partner on projects. His vast experience makes him a no-brainer to consult with whenever any problems arise (I almost think of him as a Jack of all trades Engineering Consultant - he has a strong grasp of coding and procedures across all departments). He doesn’t let crunch or stressful situations get him down and is a positive voice in every meeting he attends, always the first to say good morning and have something positive to contribute. He is a humble servant leader and able to lead or be led without ego. He is also a pioneer! David has been a driving force in our Studio to encourage us to research utilization for AI across every department, going so far as to do trainings to get his coworkers and managers excited for the possibilities - what he is really doing is keeping us from getting left behind! He is always first in line to help with any project whether it’s in his department or not and is an endless source of great ideas when people ask for them. David is one of those rare, fun, intelligent gifts of a person, and he makes the Gaming industry better every day by being a part of it! ♥️”
