How can you design a sales development coaching plan that is tailored to individual needs?
In my experience. Start with a mentor for each rep. Remember not everyone is cut out to be a mentor. You don’t have to make everyone a mentor just so their feelings are not hurt. This is business and we have to do what’s best for the company as a whole while helping each member individually. Having a script, objections page and end goal for the client based on needs is the objective. The mentor can then watch the style of their protege and customize a playbook to the protege.
