“Chris always seemed to want to see his team grown and flourish. He would take the time to speak with us and allow us the opportunity to take ownership of not only our stores, but the entire region that was under his umbrella. We all gained a new found appreciation for conference calls and his overall role through his allowing each of us to lead calls and operate in smaller groups where we held accountability for each other. I truly enjoyed the opportunity to be under his wing. I was able to speak with him freely and honestly without any concerns. He was very supportive of us having a work/life balance and he trusted us enough to run the operation without having to ask for permission for every little thing that we did. He is why his team is successful. He gives them the tools and support that they need to grow. There aren't many out there like him, so I truly feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to work under his direction. ”
