Here's how you can give feedback effectively to your co-founders.
Feedback only works if it's coming from a place of good intent and trust. True for more than just co-founders. How you deliver the feedback (and when) also matters. If you've been arguing / losing trust, no amount of best practices on delivering good feedback will work because the relational foundation is broken. Keep the foundation of your relationship right, be thoughtful + not a jerk in how you deliver feedback, and you'll be fine.
