Aaron demonstrates the exceptional intellectual ability required understanding and applying the various leadership concepts required to inspire and guide staff he supervised and the membership we served. He unquestionably derives considerable pleasure and satisfaction from the challenge of solving complex problems. This fact was certainly supported by his tireless commitment and involvement in a variety of programming endeavors for the organization. Aaron visited my office frequently for further exploration of supervisory issues related to the staff, and was always deeply appreciative of the collaborative mentorship and professional development. He was very eager to volunteer for additional responsibilities and was always open to correction of his mistakes. In the years that I have interacted with Aaron, both inside and outside the office, I have found him to be a polite, responsible, sincere, and an all-around respectable man. I hired Aaron, directly supervised him and because of his professionalism and drive, I either continued direct supervision and/or collaboration with Aaron for the duration of his service to Lambda Chi Alpha. While Aaron was an educational leadership consultant, the title did not accurately describe his actual contributions to the organization. Mr. Parker is to be commended for his professionalism, concern for thoughtful support, and quality of collaborative teamwork with our constituents and his fellow consultants. Aaron stood out because he plans well and works diligently at focusing on details. His preparation for projects was thorough and the results, evident. His contributions were always well conceived, quickly produced, and shared with consideration. While traveling, Mr. Parker was uniquely resourceful and adaptive.
