To build an inclusive community we need to ensure equal opportunities in education, employment, and healthcare regardless of cultural background, ethnicity, or religion. Encourage active participation and engagement of individuals from diverse backgrounds in community activities, decision-making processes, and leadership roles. Having said that it is imperative to educate and empower members of our own cultural community to actively pursue personal growth and contribute meaningfully to society. Having relocated from our motherland in pursuit of improved livelihoods and opportunities, it is incumbent upon us to prioritize self-development and actively seek opportunities for a brighter future for ourselves and future generations. By implementing these initiatives, the community will naturally cultivate empowered women, foster an inclusive culture devoid of discrimination, ensure safety, and generate ample job opportunities for all. Rooted deeply in the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocols, advocacy in UNICEF paves the way for the effective delivery of humanitarian aid and development programmes for children worldwide. In this evaluation, the #UNICEF Evaluation Office examines the organizational approaches to advocacy, particularly the Global #Advocacy Priorities and humanitarian advocacy. The evaluation considers organizational capacities to conceptualize and implement advocacy work and generate the necessary data and evidence to advocate for child rights.
