Farewell Old Campus! Thank you for 70 great years. Witnessing the reunion of past and present teachers and students during the groundbreaking ceremony of the new Minnie J. Niblack Elementary School in Lake City, Florida, was inspiring this week. Our team had the privilege of helping start the demolition of the old campus. We also had the honor of hearing from Superintendent Lex Carswell and Principal Makeba Murphy.   This new, state-of-the-art school is a successful prototype design we adapted to meet Columbia County's needs. The facility will span over 60,000 square feet and accommodate more than 500 students, all while preserving the surrounding wetlands.   We are thrilled to collaborate with Columbia County School District and Gilbane, Inc. on this transformative project for the community. We eagerly anticipate the completion in 2025!

We recently celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for Miami Country Day School’s new Spartan Athletic Center in Miami Shores, Florida! This 34,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility will feature a championship gym, varsity lockers, weight rooms, athletic offices, a smoothie bar, a hall of fame, cardio rooms, and more. We're thrilled to partner with Cummings Group and Moss Construction to bring this vision to life. Palm Beach State College students recently toured the construction site of the new dental and medical services technology building, getting a firsthand look at its progress. With the shell complete, interior framing and MEP rough-ins underway, and glazing installations just beginning, the advancement on this campus building is incredible. We're thrilled to be working on another project with PBSC. A big thank you to Kaufman Lynn Construction for the informative and engaging walkthrough. We're thrilled to be back from an incredible trip to the Netherlands with the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization's (TPO) Dutch Cycling Embassy Bike Immersion Program! 🚴🏾🚦🛣️🚴🏼   The experience was truly inspiring. Witnessing firsthand how Dutch cities prioritize people over cars has us dreaming of a South Florida where:   🚲 Design matters! A well-designed network of safe, connected, accessible and shared bike-ped infrastructure can change behavior and deliver transformative societal benefits to all communities across South Florida. 🛒 Access to daily services like groceries, doctors' appointments, schools, work commutes, and neighborhood exploration become convenient and faster than driving a car. 🤝 Collaboration and a focus on all modes of transport create a more livable future for everyone.   The expertise and passion of our Dutch hosts fueled our team, and we're eager to build this future with everyone involved!
