We couldn’t do what we do without the support of our families! One of our life science project teams recently hosted a Family Day at our nearly completed 200,000 s.f., seven-floor lab and office tenant improvement project in South San Francisco. Families had the unique opportunity to tour the site and see firsthand the incredible work their loved ones are doing to advance scientific innovation. The team shared their daily experiences, and the kids especially loved seeing the construction and, of course, the awesome trucks! A huge shoutout to Whitney Karplus and the team for organizing such a memorable event and to all the families who joined us! #BuildToImproveLives #FamilyDay

Congratulations to the entire team on this incredible project! #BuildToImproveLives #MassTimber
Thank you to WoodWorks and the Wood in Architecture Awards for recognizing Google Borregas—SERA's Suzanne Blair joined Natalie Telewiak from MGA | Michael Green Architecture and Dave Beck from XL Construction to accept, and then spoke alongside Robert Smith (LMN) and Monte French (Monte French Design Studio). We are big believers in and lovers of wood buildings, so the chance to celebrate this particularly wonderful project and its construction is especially sweet. For sustainability, resilience, and multiple human health and wellness benefits, timber is a material and a construction approach whose time has come! https://lnkd.in/gdqFGXxg
