At 59 years of age, Rashaad was looking for a new job and career change. With the help of his Workforce Australia Employment Services provider at Workskil Australia, Rashaad improved his job search and computer skills, and received help to write a resume and apply for jobs. “My employment coach made me believe that he would find the right opportunity to turn things around,” Rashaad said. Today, Rashaad loves his job as a traffic controller. He finds the work both challenging and enjoyable, has made new friends, and gained lots of experience in a different industry.
