On one July 16th, I purchased a printer.  At Staples, with cash. Ten years and 5,000 printers later, WithMe, Inc. is a national brand that also operates coffee amenities. It started as an ordinary day but July 16 2014 turned into the day I decided to "just do it". Have you had a day like that, with a life-changing decision?

🎉 CELEBRATING 1️⃣0️⃣ YEARS 🎉 On this day in 2014, WithMe officially got its start. Our journey began in Jonathan Treble's Chicago apartment, where he successfully developed and launched PrintWithMe, a pay-per-use, wireless printer station targeting cafes and public spaces. Shortly after launch, Treble discovered his self-serve printing concept had the potential to solve significant problems facing the multifamily industry. In response to feedback from property managers, Treble and his team developed proprietary Print Allowance technology to address amenity misuse and uncontrollable consumption. Print Allowance gives property managers the ability to limit the number of free pages each resident can print and automatically charge them for any overage. Inspired by the striking similarities in the challenges posed by offering printing and coffee services in residential spaces, Treble found a way to adapt Print Allowance technology to coffee machines - and SipWithMe launched in early 2022. The revolutionary coffee amenity offers more than 20 roast-to-order, barista-quality beverages made with craft roasted coffee. WithMe has grown exponentially over the past decade. We now employ more than 70 professionals across five countries. Our solutions can be found in thousands of locations nationwide and currently serve more than 2 million people. The final decision comes down to three main factors for renters: price, location, and amenities. You can get nitpicky and say finishes but usually those core three factors will win over finishes. If a price point is low enough, a renter will forgo the light oak cabinets to get a better deal. If you're priced similarly to your neighbor and are offering comparable concessions, how do you capture a renters attention knowing they're probably shopping your comps? Offer better amenities than the neighbor next door. A fresh bean to cup coffee, utilizing craft coffee beans will win over a Keurig every time. You're not just offering a cup of coffee. You're saving your residents money and time by bringing the coffee shop in house to them. That is worth its weight in gold (and leases.) It's been a busy couple of weeks of installs at WithMe, Inc. Asset Living Colorado has officially entered the SipWithMe chat 🤳 ☕ We are so excited to welcome our first SipWithMe partner in the Asset Living Colorado portfolio, Point 21, located in the heart of LoDo. When I first met the Community Manager, Laura Doddridge, it was immediately apparent that our fixed cost, cup allowance packages were the perfect solution to save her money on her monthly coffee expenses so she could invest those funds into other areas for her residents. It's safe to say her residents were taking full advantage of their previous unlimited coffee service. Today I got the opportunity to get my hands a little dirty and facilitate a full SipWithMe machine maintenance training myself. While this is isn't something I normally am responsible for, I loved being in the field with our clients, getting more hands on training with our product from the inside-out (quite literally...hands deep in the machine. If you need me to dismantle a SipWithMe machine, I've got you.) As a salesperson, you're only as good as your product knowledge, right?
