🏅For the first time in Olympic history, there is an equal number of male and female athletes competing at the Paris Olympics, with approximately 5,250 athletes of each gender. 🥈The Paris Olympics will also feature 20 mixed-gender events, which is more than ever before. These events include swimming relays, triathlon, and mixed doubles in table tennis, among others. 🥉In terms of leadership, the Paris Olympics organizing committee is aiming for gender parity in its leadership roles, with equal representation of men and women in executive positions. These efforts demonstrate a commitment to promoting gender equality in sports and creating a more inclusive Olympic experience for athletes and fans alike. #WINConference #Paris2024 #Olympics

It has been a blast to spend a few days in Rome with the wonderful Kristin Engvig and Paola Della Chiesa. (Even in 38 degrees heat!!!)
