Founded in 1982, Whitetails Unlimited is a national nonprofit conservation organization that has remained true to its mission and has made great strides in the field of conservation. We have gained the reputation of being the nation’s premier organization dedicating our resources to the betterment of the white-tailed deer and its environment. Whitetails Unlimited’s mission is to raise funds in support of educational programs, wildlife habitat enhancement and acquisition, and preservation of the hunting tradition and shooting sports for future generations. On behalf of our 115,000-plus members, chapter volunteers, and corporate sponsors, we welcome you to browse our site and learn more about WTU, our past accomplishments, and the organization’s commitment to caring for our priceless renewable natural resources. During the past year, various Ohio chapters of Whitetails Unlimited have granted more than $14,000 to Farmers and Hunter Feeding the Hungry. FHFH focuses on partnering with butchers to cover the costs of processing meat from deer, livestock, and other big game animals. The meat is then distributed to area food banks for those in need. Whitetails Unlimited has granted $301,777 to various mission related projects in the state of Iowa over the past fiscal year. More than 90 different organizations received grants pertaining to outdoor education, habitat enhancement, and hunting and shooting sports preservation.
