This week, we reported our Q1 results, another strong quarter, fueled by the hard work of our team at Vivid Seats, as well as continued categorical strength. 🙏💪 2024 is off to an excellent start at Vivid Seats with strong financials and substantial progress made against key strategic initiatives. We are proud to have delivered 20% top-line growth and strong Adjusted EBITDA margins that exceeded 20%. We forecast double-digit growth on top and bottom line for 2024 and sustained compounding double-digit growth, as we capture continued live event growth in North America and expand abroad. · We are on track with our international expansion timeline and are on track to launch internationally by the end of the year. We continue to see favorable market conditions and believe our differentiated value proposition will be well-received by international fans. · We are excited to unlock Vegas.com synergies and are making great progress, as high-intent live event fans traveling to Vegas browse an even more comprehensive offering of live event listings. Our optimization efforts are ongoing, and we see great potential and multiple avenues for synergies. Overall, our Q1 results showcase the power of our core business and are a testament to our strong market position, superior and differentiated offering. dude... your customer support systems are WEAK. Imagine my frustration when I bought multiple tickets, VIP type seating, most expensive items available. I've done this kind of thing with Ticketmaster with complete customer satisfaction. My first time dealing with Vividseats? Well.. the "tickets" were shipped... what arrives? an empty envelope! After 3 very frustrating calls to your customer support line that goes to a call center in the Philippines ... at which point I'm speaking with an individual with a limited grasp of the english language and dialect... and a kid who assures me there is NOBODY ABOVE HIM with whom I can speak... and the best he can promise me is that the tickets can be shippled June 20! That is 1 day before the event and I will have already flow to the location of the event. Feel free to research Order #61324544.
