This #WorldBloodDonorDay, we want to say thank you. Donating blood is, without question, a selfless act. You give one of the most precious resources your body has to another human, almost always one you don’t know. On the other side of these donations are patients who rely on this blood. And that patient is able to keep living, keep fighting, and keep moving forward, because of you. What’s more beautiful than that? So thank you for your selflessness. Thank you for giving patients hope. Thank you for giving patients life. If we could hug every last one of you, we would. But for now, we want you to know that you’re appreciated. We can’t overstate how much your donations mean. Because of you, life doesn’t stop.
