What is Milwaukee? It’s the spirit of innovation and exploration that surges through a city where different cultures, ideas and perspectives continually converge. Sitting on the confluence of three rivers and A Great Lake, Milwaukee's water is a source of inspiration, a place to gather and celebrate, and a thread that weaves through our diverse and vibrant communities, stitching us all together. We collaborate—fearlessly, unfussily, with open arms. We innovate—boldly and creatively, but with reverence for the legacy of those who came before us. And we celebrate Milwaukee in all its forms. A unique part of my job on the Event Experience team at Visit Milwaukee is going to host cities the year before we bring a group’s conference to the beautiful Baird Center. Having a blast in New Orleans promoting Milwaukee for Moose International, Inc.’s 2025 Convention. So many attendees who haven’t been to Milwaukee (or haven’t been since we last hosted them - in 2013!!) cannot wait for next year’s event. After chatting, many are extending their ‘work trip’ to get in all of the amazing sights, sounds, drinks and dining we have to offer! Thanks to Mandel Graphic Solutions & Usinger's Famous Sausage for helping draw folks to my booth! ⚜️⚜️⚜️ #visitmilwaukee #mooseinternational #wisconsincenterdistrict #neworleans #milwaukee

With the RNC at its end, Visit Milwaukee's President and CEO Peggy Williams-Smith wanted to take a moment to reflect on this momentous occasion for Milwaukee and highlight some of the forthcoming major events on the horizon with these five things to know in our final RNC Daily Digest. Watch Peggy's video: https://lnkd.in/gfKCTNYW Over the past five days, our city has been mentioned in over 275,000 earned media stories and tens of millions more impressions on social media, highlighting everything Milwaukee has to offer. From the sights of our Fresh Coast to our flavor-forward culinary scene, our world-class attractions to the panoramic sights of our skyline, Milwaukee's warm hospitality was on full display this week, and we cannot thank you enough for all that you've done, and continue to do, to represent our city with pride.
