Congratulations to Life Enrichment Director Rhonda M. for receiving the Staff Enrichment of Life Award from the Montana Health Care Association! This award recognizes an employee or employee group for outstanding commitment and contributions in an assisted living environment that have positively impacted the quality of care or quality of life for residents. Rhonda has worked at The Village Senior Residence since it opened in 1989. She radiates positivity and delivers exceptional care and service to residents. Last week, our team members participated in Missoula’s 2023 Lard Butt 1K race. This event raises money and support for The Poverello Center, a local non-profit organization. The team had a great time and even though it was a long walk, there were three donut stops along the way to keep everyone fortified. We saw lots of fun costumes this year, so we are working on a theme for next year’s run and can’t wait to start training for it.
