Little Caesars has always been known for their fast and easy in-store experience. 🍕 With customers increasingly expecting the same level of excellence in their digital experiences, Little Caesars Pizza needed their online ordering and Pizza Portal™ Pickup process to be seamless. Enter UserTesting. By conducting unmoderated tests, Little Caesars uncovered key insights in their mobile checkout process. Users were confused about account signup and payment entry, leading to abandoned carts. With feedback gathered with UserTesting, they redesigned the process to be more intuitive and user-friendly. Results? A faster checkout experience, increased Net Promoter Score (NPS), and a significant boost in weekly orders. Little Caesars not only reduced cart abandonments but also built a new custom pizza builder with designs based on user feedback.
