Meet Unified Growth Partners Amy Rieg, Head of Compliance and Training Bringing 17 years of experience in the industry, Amy joins the UGP team as Head of Compliance and Training. Her career has spanned both sides of the fence, having worked for both large and small health plans as well as for a large, national agency. She’s worked in nearly all markets – Medicare, pre-65/ACA, Group and Ancillary. Whether it’s been in sales management, oversight, or training capacity, Amy has always had a strong working relationship with and commitment to the agents. Amy is responsible for ensuring the UGP’s compliance as well as training and oversight of agents. Her proven roll-up-her-sleeves, solution-oriented, team-player work ethic will be instrumental in growing and supporting UGP in this ever-dynamic space. “I am lucky to have worked with some fantastic leaders and equally supportive mentors over the years who respect and value the impact my experience and skills bring to the table. I’m looking forward to putting what I learned from them and my diverse experience to work at UGP!” Living in Pennsylvania between Philadelphia and the Pocono mountains, Amy is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park and a diehard Terps fan. In her free time Amy can often be found cheering on one or both of her sons in golf, basketball or baseball. Meet Unified Growth Partners: Ben Dempsey, Vice President, Inside Sales Ben Dempsey has been working in the health insurance industry for 18 years, with prior call center experience in both retail and telecommunications. Most recently, Ben was Associate Vice President for a national health insurance carrier, where his responsibilities included Sales Performance & Strategy for the internal telesales channel comprised of both internal and contracted agents.    Throughout his career, Ben has helped lead through a rapidly changing environment, including new product launches, regulatory challenges, systems implementations, and most recently the availability of Automated Intelligence to expand learnings and insights. Across all these changes and emerging technologies, Ben recognizes that it’s the people who are what is truly essential to success. This includes the internal business partners who help turn ideas into reality, as well as the associates and team members who will then use them to improve the experiences for the end member / customer.   Ben and his family live in the Atlanta area, where they enjoy spending the afternoon on a boat or a leisurely evening around a campfire. They also enjoy playing games together… some of their favorites are Dominion, Risk and Fortnite. Please join us in welcoming Ben to the team. Meet Unified Growth Partners: Matt Bowdy, Head of Technology Solutions We are excited to announce the addition of Matt Bowdy (known as "Bowdy") to Unified Growth Partners as our Head of Technology Solutions. With over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, he brings a deep commitment to assisting individuals in achieving their optimal health. With his deep experience in healthcare insurance and non-profit work focused on funding for medical research, Bowdy has been a key player in enhancing health accessibility. Specializing in large-scale technology transformations, he leads with a servant mindset, understanding that greatness comes from developing exceptional teams committed to building not just bigger, but more importantly, better solutions. One of Bowdy’s personal heroes is Lt. Col. Lisa (Peplinski) Jaster, the third woman to graduate from U.S. Army Ranger School. Wanting to change how the world views / treats women, including those in leadership, she focused on changing views of individual male military leaders, ultimately empowering them to change the views of their teams, thus resulting in exponential change. Like Jaster, Bowdy seeks to inspire change by influencing individual leaders. Meet Unified Growth Partners: Hafize Chudleigh, Head of Finance We are pleased to announce that Hafize Chudleigh has joined Unified Growth Partners as our Head of Finance. With over 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience in the healthcare and insurance space, she brings a wealth of expertise.   Hafize is happily married and lives in Westlake Village, CA with her family. In her spare time, she engages in charity work and has served on multiple non-profit boards in various leadership roles over the past two decades. She finds fulfillment in organizing large scale fundraising events, directing the proceeds towards educational and social causes.   During her tenure as the California Group Business CFO at Elevance Health, Hafize successfully managed financial and strategic planning & reporting for the CA Employer Group P&L with 4.4M members and over $11B annual revenue. Prior to Elevance Health, she held Finance leadership roles at Farmers Insurance and Centene (formerly Health Net).   We are confident that Hafize's innovative thinking, strategic financial acumen, and incredible leadership skills will play a pivotal role in driving Unified Growth Partners' financial growth and success.
