Today is PTSD Screening Day, a reminder to prioritize your well-being. If you're battling symptoms of PTSD, self-screening could be the first step toward getting the care you need. However, remember that the results of a self-screen are not a substitute for a clinical diagnosis. Seeking support from a professional is necessary if you are struggling with the effects of trauma. http://ow.ly/30et104LZUe

More often than not, men avoid talking about their mental health out of fear of criticism. But the truth is, opening up about hardships is a sign of strength, not weakness. We encourage you to take a moment during Men's Health Month to initiate genuine conversations with the men in your life about the importance of their mental well-being. #MensHealthMonth
